Our company dates back to 1882 when Jonah Bevan and his family established the first funeral home in Stockton NSW Australia. This business was founded on "care and professionalism" and these values are now embedded in our four funeral homes located at Mayfield, Nelson Bay, Toronto and Stockton.
France Family Funerals is owned by the France family and is 100% Australian owned and operated. As a family owned business, we are steeped in a culture of "care and compassion" for the families that we serve.
We are experienced and efficient in dealing with all of the paperwork and processes involved in arranging a funeral service, so as to allow you and your family space to grieve. And, we are aware that it is our responsibility to orchestrate proceedings and lead from the back.
