Yoga and Grief

Losing a loved one is a stressful and emotional time. Exercising can help to energize and refocus you. It will improve both your physical and mental well-being.
The physical sensation of stretching in yoga will give your mind somewhere to focus other than on intrusive thoughts about the past and future.
